The build is where good projects quietly go wrong
Launch day slips. Old URLs 404 and rankings drop. Forms submit into a void nobody monitors. None of that is inevitable — it comes from treating development as typing up a picture. We build against a defined scope, test on real devices, migrate URLs properly, and confirm every lead path works before the site goes live.
What we build in
Standard on every build, whether it is five pages or five hundred.
01
Functionality that fits your business
Multi-location structures, e-commerce, member portals, calculators, booking, and interactive elements — built to your scope, not a theme's limits.
02
Fast and usable on every device
Performance budgets, optimised images, and real-device testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile before anything ships.
03
Technical SEO from day one
Clean markup, metadata, schema, sitemaps, canonical rules, and 301 redirects so the launch protects the rankings you already have.
04
Security and stability
Hardened configuration, current dependencies, spam protection, backups, and monitoring so the site stays up and stays yours.
How the engagement runs
Three moves from approved design to live site.
Confirm scope and objectives
We pin down functionality, integrations, content sources, and the launch date before development starts.
Build the structure
Templates, CMS, and integrations built so your team can edit the site without calling a developer for every change.
Test, launch, and support
Cross-device QA, redirect mapping, analytics verification, then a scheduled launch and post-launch monitoring.
The development process, step by step
Seven steps, each with a checkpoint you can see.
01
Discover and confirm the goals
We re-read the plan and the design, list every integration and edge case, and agree the definition of done.
02
Translate designs into build specs
Wireframes, mockups, and prototypes become component and template specifications developers can build against precisely.
03
Build the architecture and CMS
Templates, reusable components, and editable content areas so your team can publish without breaking the layout.
04
Load SEO-optimised content
Content migrated or written, with headings, metadata, alt text, and internal links set up to earn search traffic.
05
Test everything and fix what breaks
Functional, cross-browser, device, accessibility, and form testing — including that leads arrive in your CRM and inbox.
06
Launch to the live environment
A scheduled go-live with redirects in place, DNS handled, analytics verified, and someone watching afterwards.
07
Handle post-launch tasks
Snag fixes, search console checks, training for your team, and a clear route into ongoing support.
What you walk away with
A site you own, your team can run, and your marketing can measure.
01
A live, tested website
Built to the approved design, fast on mobile, and verified across browsers and devices before launch.
02
Working lead paths and tracking
Forms, calls, and bookings connected to your CRM with conversion tracking recording every one of them.
03
Full ownership and a trained team
Admin access, documentation, and a walkthrough so you can update the site yourself from day one.
Common questions
How long does development take?
Three weeks is our average across all builds. Straightforward sites go faster; multi-location, e-commerce, or portal builds take longer and we give you a dated schedule before starting.
Will our search rankings survive the migration?
That is what redirect mapping is for. We inventory existing URLs, 301 them to their new homes, preserve ranking content and metadata, then monitor Search Console after launch.
Can you build from a design we already have?
Yes. Send us the files. We review them for feasibility and conversion gaps first, flag anything that will not work in the browser, then build.
What platform will you use?
WordPress most often, plus HubSpot CMS, Shopify, or a custom build when they suit better. We choose for maintainability by your team, not for our convenience.
Do you handle hosting?
We can host and manage it, or deploy to your existing environment. Either way you keep ownership of the domain, the code, and the content.
What if something breaks after launch?
Post-launch fixes are part of the engagement. Beyond that, maintenance and support programs cover updates, security, and ongoing requests.
Ready to get it built?
Send us the design, the scope, or just the problem. We will come back with a realistic timeline and a fixed price.
