Leads fall through the cracks when the funnel is invisible

Most companies have a CRM full of contacts but no clear picture of how they move from awareness to close. We design the funnel as a system: defined stages, clear exit criteria, automated transitions, and reporting that tells you where to focus.

What a working funnel gives you

  1. 01

    Stage Definitions That Mean Something

Every stage maps to a buyer action, not a rep guess. Marketing and sales agree on what makes a lead ready to advance.

  2. 02

    Automated Stage Movement

Triggers, scoring, and routing move leads forward or back based on behavior — not manual spreadsheet updates.

  3. 03

    Revenue Leak Reporting

Dashboards show conversion rate by stage, time-in-stage, and drop-off point so you fix the bottleneck instead of guessing.

  4. 04

    Sales and Marketing Alignment

Shared definitions, shared metrics, and shared ownership of the pipeline from first touch to closed-won.

Common questions

Do we need a CRM first?

It helps, but it's not required. We can design the funnel first and then implement it in HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM. If you need CRM help, see our CRM services.

How is this different from a sales process?

A sales process is what reps do. A funnel is the system that moves leads through that process — including marketing touches, scoring, automation, and reporting.

How long does it take to build?

Most funnel builds take 3–6 weeks depending on the number of stages, integrations, and the state of your existing data.
